Sigga

I actually completed this shawl a couple of weeks ago, but I have been trying to figure out how to take a picture of it... it is kind of big. The pattern is Sigga from "Faroese Knitting Patterns - Knitted Shawls" translated by Marilyn van Keppel; well...

Broken Toe - Orteil Cassé :(

We got home Friday from work to find Six Toe walking on three paws only. Obviously something was wrong with his front left paw. After inspection, we didn't find any open wound. We called the vet and were able to get an appointment for the following morning....

Fiber stash

Pi bonnet

Now that I have made that yarn, I was not going to let it sit in a basket. For my first project with my handspun I chose to make a hat for myself. I made up the pattern and I call it the Pi bonnet, because I started with circle using Elizabeth Zimmermann's...
